    Good night! What a joy to greet you again, today I made a dinner, I hope you enjoy it.

    Is required:

    Oat milk

    Flaked oats

    Banana Pure

    Instant coffee

    Water

    peach

    Chia

    To make the oat milk:

    Let the oatmeal soak preferably for 12 hours (personally I forgot to let it soak and I only left it for 30 minutes 🤭)

    Sneaks

    100 gr oat flakes are placed in a container and 1 liter of water is added

    It is liquefied and strained (I scoop it with the help of a towel since the oats are very fine and can go through the holes of the conventional strainer)

    With the rubble that remains, it can be used to make cake, stew or whatever your imagination can create

    Add ½ tablespoon of vanilla essence and 2 tablespoon of sweetener - panela honey

    It is liquefied again to incorporate everything very well

    And the oat milk is ready, you can keep it in the fridge to drink it to your liking

    Se requiere:

    Leche de Avena

    Avena en hojuelas

    Pure de Banano

    Cafe instantaneo

    Agua

    Durazno

    Chia

    Para hacer la leche de avena:

    De deja remojando la avena preferiblemente 12 horas (en lo personal se me olvido dejarla remojando y solo la deje 30 minutes 🤭)

    Se cuela

    Se deposita 100 gr hojuelas de avena en un recipiente y se agrega 1 litro de agua

    Se licua y se cuela ( lo cole con ayuda de una toalla ya que la avena queda muy fina y puede pasar por los huecos del colador conventional)

    Con el ripio que queda se puede utilizar para hacer torta, guiso o lo que tu imaginacion pueda crear

    Se le agrega ½ cucharada de esencia de vanilla y 2 cucharada de endulzante - melado de panela

    Se licua nuevamente para incorporar todo muy bien

    Y queda lista la leche de avena, la puedes guardar en la nevera para tomarla a tu gusto
