¡Hola amigos de Hive y atletas de SWC! Hoy les traigo un video sobre mi entrenamiento de freestyle el cual de realizó en casa de @morales-sw hace un par de días.
Hi friends of Hive and SWC athletes! Today I bring you a video about my freestyle training which took place at @morales-sw's place a couple of days ago.
Hace pocos días volvimos a activar la barra en la que entrenábamos freestyle, ya que teníamos algo de tiempo sin poder entrenar ahí. Por lo que los entrenamientos se están tornando mucho mejores y más activos ya que casi todos los muchachos se están llegando a entrenar. El entreno fue de free aunque lanzamos algunos estáticos, intentamos combos que teníamos ya pero queríamos recuperar y me sentía bastante liviano, recupere algunas combinaciones, también lance gienger, aunque feo jajaja, y se torno un muy buen ambiente gracias a los muchachos.
A few days ago we reactivated the bar where we trained freestyle, since we had some time without being able to train there. So the trainings are getting much better and more active since almost all the guys are coming to train. The workout was free although we did some static throws, we tried some combos that we already had but we wanted to recover and I felt pretty light, I recovered some combinations, I also threw gienger, although ugly hahaha, and it was a very good atmosphere thanks to the guys.
