Hello friends of Hive and SWC athletes! Today I bring you a video about my last workout this week, which I did at the italo club while training a friend.
Como dije anteriormente, me decidí por entrenar en el club italo, ya que Cesar me dijo que lo fuera a entrenar, me lleve mi balón de basket también para lanzar un rato así que luego de pasar nos fuimos a las barras y nos llevamos la sorpresa que habían quitado casi la mitad de las paralelas, solo dejaron una, así que adapte su rutina de empuje y le explique los ejercicios, yo calenté haciendo un poco de free, ya que no había hecho desde hacía casi 2 semanas por el esguince que tuve en el tobillo, lancé solo 360 para calentar y de una vez me puse a estirar y entrar en calor, lo primero que entrené fue balance e intentos de progresiones de handstand a una mano, hice esto bastante rato y me cansé más de que quería, así que empecé con mis series de plancha donde realicé tanto aguantes, como negativas y flexiones de plancha, estaba algo cansado y no me salieron tantas cosas, pero igual sentí más control en todo y terminé de entrenar empuje con flexiones de parada de manos asistidas con pared hasta el fallo, hice bastantes series y quedé bastante cansado así que nos fuimos a la cancha de basket del club para lanzar un rato antes de irnos.
As I said before, I decided to train at the italo club, since Cesar told me to go to train him, I took my basketball also to throw for a while so after we went to the bars and we were surprised that they had removed almost half of the parallel bars, they only left one, so I adapted his pushing routine and explained the exercises to him, I warmed up doing some free, since I had not done it for almost 2 weeks due to the sprain I had had in the last two weeks, I warmed up by doing a little free, since I hadn't done it for almost 2 weeks due to the sprained ankle, I threw only 360 to warm up and then I started stretching and warming up, the first thing I trained was balance and attempts of one-handed handstand progressions, I did this for a long time and I got more tired than I wanted, so I started with my plank series where I did both push ups, negative push ups and plank push ups, I was a little tired and I did not do so many things, but I still felt more control in everything and I finished training push ups with wall assisted handstand push ups to failure, I did quite a few series and I was pretty tired so we went to the basketball court of the club to throw a while before leaving.
