Cultural Differences In Aspects Of Privacy And Expression

The need for privacy or expression and association can be rather contrasting. This is because inasmuch as people want to express themselves, they also crave a certain form of privacy that sometimes can feel inexplicable. In reality. However the cultural differences with people often determines or play a major role. I have observed some western culture and how they tend to respect privacy to the core. One of this is trying not to constitute any sort of noise that can affect others. In many Nigerian societies the act of privacy is loose and hardly respected and this stems from the socio-cultural norms and lifestyles of people. In this video I compare and contrast the different in need for privacy and association and how it differs in different societies.
