Expectations & Insatiability; What We Need To Understand About This Phenomenon (3speak version)

Everyone wants more out and life and sometimes this can cause or create maximal expectations from people. Insatiability often create huge expectations From people and this is normal but then what is even more normal is when people reduce the height of their expectations simply because they'll rather be happy with something than unhappy with nothing. Sometimes we often hype our efforts in life and this brings increase in our expectations. This is why we often face disappointments. Mostly, the height we aim for can be gigantic rather than gradual. When we set achievable heights it Makes it possible for our expectations to be met but when we set unimaginable heights it increases the degree of of expectations. So it means our expectancy wouldn't be built on a rational approach to life and this is why we often settle for less rather than built our expectations based on what's achievable.
