Toxicity directly affects the mental health because it's a condition that allows people to tap into the intricacies of one's weaknesses, biggest ailings or even frailties. In this video, I talk about the fact that we cannot influence people with our goodwill, we cannot force loyalty by being loyal and at the same time cannot convince people to be good. I expressed how toxicity is inevitable in everyday life and how it's often very tough to beat it's discrepancies, however, it's important to prepare and understand the true intents of toxic people because it makes us formidable, prepared and how we cope when it taps into our mental health.
