    Nice to greet you again.

On this occasion I'm playing for you "Jesus joy of humanity", written by the German composer Johann Sebastian Bach as the tenth movement of his Cantata BWV 147 "Herz und Mund und Tat und Leben" (Heart and mouth and works and life), originally written for choir in 4 voices and baroque orchestra. The original title as part of the cantata is "Jesus is still my joy", which has been modified over time. Although Bach wrote it in 1719, according to historical records, he expanded it and it premiered on July 2, 1723 in Leipzig.

It is a wonderful work, each of the voices has an independent melody, with phrases, musical sense, speech which can be appreciated individually, even so, all of them are coherent with each other and come together to give shape to this melody.
