    Hola amigos de #HIVE y #SWC. Espero estén súper bien, les mando un fuerte abrazo. En esta nueva oportunidad, les comparto mi entrenamiento de full body, y cardio. Esta rutina la he estado realizando por las mañanas durante un mes y medio, logrado resultados muy buenos, ya que he obtenido más resistencia, más definición y logré mantenerme en el peso que quiero estar.

I have been doing this routine in the mornings for a month and a half, I have achieved very good results, since I have obtained more resistance, more definition and I managed to stay at the weight I want to be.


    Esta rutina sólo tiene 4 ejercicios pero bastantes activos, a nivel de cardio, son bastantes buenos, resultan fáciles de realizar.

    This routine only has 4 exercises but quite active, at the cardio level, they are quite good, they are easy to perform.

    En este entrenamiento sólo haremos dos series. En el primer ejercicio los jumping jacks, con levantamiento de rodillas, realizaremos: 25 segundos, luego descansamos 5 segundos, seguimos con 30 segundos y luego 5 segundos de descanso, y terminamos con 25 segundos.

    In this workout we will only do two sets. In the first exercise jumping jacks, with knee lifts, we will perform: 25 seconds, then rest 5 seconds, continue with 30 seconds and then 5 seconds rest, and finish with 25 seconds.

    En el segundo ejercicio burpees, realizaremos 12 repeticiones tratando de no detenernos en ningún momento.

    En el tercer ejercicio, los jumping jacks tradicionales, empezaremos con 30 segundos, luego 5 segundos de descanso, luego 25 segundos, luego 5 de descanso y finalizamos con 30 segundos.

    En el cuarto y último ejercicio: Realizaremos las flexiones sacacorchos, ejecutaremos 15 repeticiones y con esto terminaríamos todo lo que ha sido nuestro entrenamiento.

    In the fourth and last exercise: We will perform the corkscrew push-ups, we will execute 15 repetitions and with this we would finish everything that has been our training.
