Hola como están mi querida familia? Por aquí yo de nuevo, creo que no salgo de una para entrar en otra 😢... Anteriormente les he dicho que ustedes forman parte de mi familia, y cuando en la familia alguien pasa por algún problema el deber es comunicarlo ¿no? No se vayan a asustar, no es un problema de vida o muerte, la semana pasada me lesione el brazo cargando un saco de harina (Por si no lo sabían yo trabajo haciendo pan ya hace unos 7 años) los médicos dijeron que probablemente era una Bursitis, ya estoy bastante recuperado de ello pero ahora el problema es mi pequeño Dereck, ustedes quizás no lo sepan pero el ya tiene hoy unos 22 días con tos persistente, que al principio era seca y luego evoluciono a productiva, al comienzo el recibió solo Cetirizina y Pediacort, fue de mucha ayuda, pero luego de la suspensión de estos medicamentos volvió nuevamente con la tos....

Ya visitamos el pediatra y le indico una serie de medicamentos (algunos bastante costosos 😥), gracias a Dios ya los tengo todos a mano y se los estoy administrando, con esto he visto que el a mejorado bastante y me siento mucho mejor!!!

We already visited the pediatrician and he indicated a series of medications (some quite expensive 😥), thank God I already have them all at hand and I am administering them, with this I have seen that he has improved a lot and I feel much better!!!!

En el Rx antero-posterior de Tórax, no mostró algún hallazgo significativo para algún criterio de hospitalización, solo evidenció los bronquios levemente inflamados, pero con un manejo antibiótico desde casa el puede mejorar tranquilamente, y gracias a Dios el esta mejorando poco a poco!!!

In the antero-posterior Chest Rx, did not show any significant findings for any criteria for hospitalization, only evidenced slightly inflamed bronchi, but with antibiotic management from home he can improve quietly, and thank God he is improving slowly!!!!

Hive Open Mic Week #138

Volviendo a esta semana, quise dar la bienvenida al mes mas esperado por todos en el cual deberíamos sentirnos alegres y felices de poder seguir celebrando estas fiestas... Hemos atravesado quizás muchos problemas a lo largo de este año 2022, pero la vida sigue, y este mes se trata de olvidar todos estos problemas y ser mejores personas!!!

Coming back to this week, I wanted to welcome the most awaited month for all of us in which we should feel joyful and happy to be able to continue celebrating these holidays.... We have perhaps gone through many problems throughout this year 2022, but life goes on, and this month is about forgetting all these problems and being better people!!!!

Hay que celebrar amigos, esta fecha es muy bonita, y sirve para reconciliarnos con esta persona la cual ya no le hablamos, para olvidar problemas del pasado y seguir adelante sin importar las heridas causadas, recuerda que cada problema y cada caída son parte del camino, por ello hoy 01 de Diciembre te invito a que seas feliz y disfrutes de el mes mas bonito de todo el año!!!
