We live in a world that's shaping every day. It feels like is every man for himself in this treacherous jungle we call planet Earth. But why are we weak? Is it induced? Is it because we are physically not gifted? Or is it just a mental thing we need to overcome ourselves?
I'm by all standards a small person. 5'6, 124 pounds, not so tall not so small, mostly skinny. Over the course of my childhood until I reached adulthood (22) I always felt weak. My friend or group of friends used to be bigger than me in size and weight. That of course opened the door to some bullying situations against my persona. Never was the type that would get into a fight.
Being small and feeling weak physically as mentally, gave me so many insecurities. Never was a ladies man, hardly ever got a girlfriend and when I did, my insecurities were so bad that I was having issues even the sexual part, and always ended up being cheated.
When I started studying about human behaviour, micro signs, body language, and really look people in the eyes regardless of their size or weight. I started to lose fear and gain confidence. You see, in the end we are all humans and we all feel pain, joy. We all have feelings.
It was when I got to the point of truly knowing myself when I overcome my fear, because in the end, our really true enemy is oneself.
If you start to telling yourself that noone is better than you nor you are better than anyone, you will realize we are all equal and despite of your size you can be very Fiery and badass if the situation requires it.
I'll be dwelling more about this... See you on the next one champs. Be strong!
