    Hola queridos amigos de #Hive y atletas de la comunidad SWC, en esta oportunidad les muestro una rutina para fortalecer y definir nuestro tríceps, a continuación les mostrare unos sencillos ejercicios.
    Hello dear friends of #Hive and athletes of the SWC community, in this opportunity I show you a routine to strengthen and define our triceps, then I will show you some simple exercises.

    Esta rutina es un poco explosiva y debe realizarse a la vez con mucho control ya que es para fortalecer así que debemos realizar los ejercicios con buena postura y control de nuestra fuerza.
    This routine is a bit explosive and must be performed with a lot of control as it is to strengthen so we must perform the exercises with good posture and control of our strength.

    Explanation
    • Ejercicio 1: Fondos 10 repeticiones 4 series.

    • Ejercicio 2: Fondos en banco 15 repeticiones 4 series.

    • Ejercicio 3: 8 extensión de tríceps en barra con agarre normal + 8 con agarre cerrado 4 series.

    • Ejercicio 4: 10 extensiones de tríceps en piso 4 series.

    • Ejercicio 5: 10 flexiones en diamante 4 series.

    • ejercicio 6: 8 extensiones de tríceps 4 series.

    • Exercise 1: Wall raises 10 repetitions 4 sets.

    • Exercise 2: Bench press 15 repetitions 4 sets.

    • Exercise 3: 8 triceps extension on bar with normal grip + 8 with closed grip 4 sets.

    • Exercise 4: 10 triceps extensions on floor 4 sets.

    • Exercise 5: 10 diamond push-ups 4 sets.

    • Exercise 6: 8 triceps extensions 4 sets.
