    El press a pino es un truco muy bueno para combinar combos para estáticos, tanto en barras paralelas, mini paralelas y en barra fija. Te mostrare como hacerlo.
    The press to pine is a very good trick to combine combos for static, both on parallel bars, mini parallel bars and fixed bar. I'll show you how to do it.

    Los tips y datos que me ayudaron a conseguir este estático fueron tensar las piernas para que no hagan ningún tipo de balance en conjunto con el bloqueo del torso, también haciendo palanca con los brazos y así poder subir y tener una postura adecuada.
    The tips and data that helped me to achieve this static were to tense the legs so that they do not make any kind of balance in conjunction with the torso blocking, also levering with the arms and thus being able to climb and have a proper posture.
