    Esta rutina debe realizarse con mucho control ya que es para fortalecer así que debemos realizar los ejercicios con buena postura y control de nuestra fuerza.

    Antes que todo debemos entender que para toda rutina debemos de tener un calentamiento previo antes de entrenar ya que con esto evitamos el hecho de lesionarnos o tener molestias e incluso no poder realizar correctamente los ejercicios con buena técnica.
    First of all we must understand that for any routine we must have a warm-up before training because with this we avoid the fact of getting injured or having discomfort and even not being able to perform the exercises correctly with good technique.
    • Ejercicio #1: 10 repeticiones de leg raises 4 series.

    • Ejercicio #2: 10 segundos en barra fija en chin up a la mitad 4 series.

    • Ejercicio #3: 8 negativas de DRANGON FLAG 4 series.

    • Ejercicio #4: 8 levantamientos de DRANGON FLAG en half 4 series.

    • Exercise #1: 10 repetitions of leg raises 4 sets.

    • Exercise #2: 10 seconds on fixed bar in chin up to half 4 sets.

    • Exercise #3: 8 reps of DRANGON FLAG 4 sets.

    • Exercise #4: 8 DRANGON FLAG half deadlifts 4 sets.

    El DRAGON FLAG es un estático que realizamos para fortalecer nuestras dorsales es un movimiento un poco complejo para las personas principiantes en este maravilloso deporte, considero que es un muy buen ejercicio para tener fuerza y dominar otros estáticos gracias a este. A continuación les muestro como poder conseguirlo!!
