    Hola queridos amigos de #Hive y atletas de la comunidad SWC, en esta oportunidad les muestro una rutina para fortalecer y definir nuestros bíceps, a continuación les mostrare unos sencillos ejercicios.
    Hello dear friends of #Hive and athletes of the SWC community, in this opportunity I show you a routine to strengthen and define our triceps, then I will show you some simple exercises.

    Esta rutina es un poco explosiva y debe realizarse a la vez con mucho control ya que es para fortalecer así que debemos realizar los ejercicios con buena postura y control de nuestra fuerza.
    This routine is a bit explosive and must be performed with a lot of control as it is to strengthen so we must perform the exercises with good posture and control of our strength.

    • Ejercicio #1: 5 Chin-ups + 5 segundos de aguante a la mitad 4 series.

    • Ejercicio #2: 5 Chin-ups abiertas + 5 segundos de aguante arriba y a la mitad 4 series.

    • Ejercicio #3: 8 aladas de bíceps en barra baja 4 series.

    • Ejercicio #4: 5 comando pull-ups del lado izquierdo + 5 segundos de aguante en la mitad 4 series.

    • Ejercicio #5: 5 comando pull-ups del lado derecho + 5 segundos de aguante en la mitad 4 series.

    • ejercicio #6: 8 aladas frontales de bíceps en barra baja 4 series.

    • Exercise #1: 5 chin-ups + 5 seconds of hold in the middle 4 sets.

    • Exercise #2: 5 open chin-ups + 5 seconds hold up and half 4 sets.

    • Exercise #3: 8 biceps overhand low bar 4 sets.

    • Exercise #4: 5 left side command pull-ups + 5 seconds hold in the middle 4 sets.

    • Exercise #5: 5 command pull-ups on the right side + 5 seconds hold in the middle 4 sets.

    • Exercise #6: 8 front biceps overhand low bar 4 sets.
