Ejercicio #1: 5 elevaciones de rodillas al pecho + 5 elevaciones de L-sit 4 series.
Ejercicio #2: 10 elevaciones de pierna (intermedio/avanzado) 4 series.
Ejercicio #3: 10 rodillas al pecho (suelo) + 10 elevaciones de piernas alternas + 10 elevaciones de piernas frontal 4 series.
Exercise #1: 5 knee raises to chest + 5 L-sit raises 4 sets.
Exercise #2: 10 leg raises (intermediate/advanced) 4 sets.
Exercise #3: 10 knees to chest (floor) + 10 alternating leg raises + 10 front leg raises 4 sets.
