Grund, The Proficient Warhammer Defender

GRUND is loved and known for defending his people of Praetoria against the invasion of the Chaos Legion. With his strength, he wasted no time against Chaos Legion, a kind of strength capable of holding Warhammer on both hands for dual attacks.

When he first met Bera Dallin in New Everitt he couldn’t help but marvel at her martial prowess. After having spent some time with her he became proficient in the use of the warhammer. His great strength meant that he could hold one in a single hand and so it wasn’t long before he acquired another and began to dual wield them in combat.

Grund is well loved amongst the people of Praetoria and he is a staunch defender of them, his strong ideals of honour and justice infused within in from a young age. When he heard of the Chaos Legion invasion, Grund took up his hammers in anger and sought them out immediately.

GRUND is high in mana but very much worth it when we look at his abilities, it comes with high health which is necessary for a Tank, the speed is constant at 3 with melee damage of 3 from level 1, and is a Double Strike ability card, damage of 6 is dealt against opponents each round.

At level 4 GRUND gain the Trample ability, I have been on the receiving end of that Trample attack and it wasn't a pleasant experience. At max level gains the Cripple ability.

To take attention off GRUND, I placed MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN in the second spot. The Taunt ability of SLIPSPAWN helps diver attacks its way.

I expected coming up against LLAMA MAGE and knowing it is a summoner often used with KRON, I had to attack the opponent's backline with SAND WORM from the third spot in my lineup, fortunately, SAND WORM was free to get the damages done.

Being a Reverse ruleset SCAVO TECHNOMANCER is a good fit for this battle, though the magic damage from TECHNOMANCER is just one, the Blast ability makes it a card worthy of a place in my lineup.

In the fifth spot is SPIRIT DRUID GROG with Resurrect ability, GROG survived the battle though its impact on SLIPSPAWN was short-lived but a positive for the team in general.

The gold is to ensure GRUND stays in the frontline as long as possible and possibly survives the battle and to achieve that GOBLIN PSYCHIC is the one to provide the Tank Heal ability. PSYCHIC at level 4 is also armed with an Affliction ability that prevents the opponent's Tank from healing.

It turned out an easier victory than I expected.
