Here I leave a routine that I like to do so as not to neglect my leg, I know that when it comes to working legs with calisthenics it is very difficult to make them grow but that is not a reason not to train them, however this routine with a good diet has helped me made my legs grow and tone in a proper and very effective way, so I invite you to try it and see the results for yourself and tell me what you think, thank you very much for seeing my post and if you help me by commenting and sharing I'd be very gratefull.
Yo actualmente como dispongo de tiempo libre estoy haciendo tres sesiones de entrenamiento, la primero la estoy enfocando en los ejercicios de tensión ya que estoy nivel 0 no dispongo de ningún estático ahorita, y estoy retomando, la verdad me siento a gusto quería tomar días de descanso, sin entrenar donde me olvidara de mis rutina y solo disfrute diciembre, y bueno retome hace una semana ya y quiero competir y aquí vamos, esta rutina es enfocada a mejorar mis básicos avanzados, si disponen de poco tiempo pueden usarla como principal, solo que disminuye los tiempo de descanso y espero les guste.
As I currently have free time, I am doing three training sessions, the first one I am focusing on tension exercises since I am level 0 I do not have any static right now, and I am going back to it, I really feel comfortable I wanted to take days of rest, without training where I forgot about my routine and just enjoy December, and well I resumed a week ago now and I want to compete and here we go, this routine is focused on improving my advanced basics, if you have little time you can use it as the main one, just that decreases rest time and I hope you like it.
