The month of October is very complicated for my wallet, I have too many celebrations in the family, on the 12th we celebrate my son Iván's birthday, on the 17th we celebrate Mother's Day, 24 my wife's birthday, 29 my daughter Brenda's birthday, my granddaughter Abigail's 30 birthday, 31 Halloween

This month leaves my wallet empty with so many celebrations, the good thing about all this is that in each celebration I accompany with an exquisite beer. Today we are with my wife tasting two beers that we have long wanted to know about their flavor, we are doing it in honor of Iván's birthday.

The night began with a bite of cold cuts that Gabriela prepared; As you know the sporting events have resumed, today a great fight for the title was predicted, an event that I could not miss

We accompany the table of cold cuts with two exquisite "beers". The first is an "Ipa". This "pala" "ale" has a particularity that is mentioned on its packaging, it comes with two "hops" what makes its flavor more intense, a sweet touch of the ¨malta¨ is perceived with a slight bitterness when swallowing; When serving, it makes a lot of medium-sized foam that lasts for a while; In its aroma you can perceive the "hops", the "malt" a soft touch of caramel; Its presentation can of 473 cc.
