En videos anteriores les comente que incremente notoriamente mi participación en los canales de comunicación que están relacionados a nuestra compañía; Lo que me llamo la atención que en un solo día vi a varias personas nuevas hablar de la falta de apoyo y compensaciones en sus post; Esto no es nuevo y ha pasado siempre, pero me llamo la atención que en menos de una hora, varias personas hablaban de lo mismo

In previous videos I told you that I increased my participation in the communication channels that are related to our company; What caught my attention that in a single day I saw several new people talk about the lack of support and compensation in their posts; This is not new and has always happened, but it caught my attention that in less than an hour, several people were talking about the same thing

Esta situación me hace reflexionar, que al parecer no estamos haciendo bien las cosas al momento de hacer ingresar a las personas a nuestra compañía; Creo que nos debemos involucrar más con las personas que traemos, y capacitarlos bien para que no sucedas estas confusiones

This situation makes me reflect, that apparently we are not doing things right when making people enter our company; I think we should get more involved with the people we bring, and train them well so that this confusion does not happen
