Este post lo hice con la finalidad de que ustedes queridos amigos vean como son nuestros entrenamientos de Estáticos cada día.

Yo entreno de la siguiente manera; Hago Dinámicos primero y después empiezo con los Estáticos, aunque hay días que landó combos completos, los combos completos son en dónde lanzamos Dinámicos y Estáticos en los mismos combos para ganar resistencia.
I train in the following way; I do Dynamics first and then I start with Statics, although there are days that I do full combos, the full combos are where we throw Dynamics and Statics in the same combos to gain endurance.
