La full plancha; Es un ejercicio estático del street workout avanzado, para sacarlo tenemos que pasar por un riguroso entrenamiento, este ejercicio me ha costado mucho para poder hacerlo y en estos momentos ya casi lo tengo, el músculo principal; El hombro.
It is a static exercise of the advanced street workout, to get it we have to go through a rigorous training, this exercise has cost me a lot to be able to do it and right now I almost have it, the main muscle; The shoulder.

Aveces me pongo a pensar sobre porque se me hace tan difícil y luego entreno por disciplina, ahora siento que me falta nada para hacer la full plancha de manera correcta.
Sometimes I get to thinking about why it is so difficult and then I train for discipline, now I feel that I lack nothing to do the full planche correctly.
