If I can offer some advice, as someone who's had to starve many times recently and miss meals, if you're at a calorie deficit in some ways you need to remember calories from food is a measurement of heat. So if you get cold, like during the rainy season, it can become hard to work as now your body has lost heat and will try to replenish but if you don't take in enough food you won't have the energy. So remember-cold affects your diet.
Dry potato flakes, dried fruits, and freeze-dried veggies are very useful when you don't have access to fresh.
