Un saludo amoroso para todos mis amigos de Hive, estoy feliz de estar nuevamente en el micrófono abierto en la primera semana del año. Para esta ocasión quiero compartir con ustedes una canción muy hermosa que fue compuesta por Alejandro Blanco-Uribe para la película venezolana Reverón, estrenada en el 2011 y dirigida por Diego Rísquez, fue considera una de las mejores cintas del cine venezolano. La película trata sobre la vida de uno de los artistas plásticos más trascendentales de nuestro país, Armando Reverón.

La letra de la canción hace referencia a una mujer, quien fue el amor y la musa del artista, Juana La negra. Para mi esta canción es maravillosa, está llena de bellas imágenes y una poesía excepcional y característica de Venezuela. Me pareció ideal para la temática de esta semana, La Voz de la Esperanza, pues esa magnífica alegoría al inicio y al final de la canción, donde de una mujer carga con su maletica de estrella, es lo que yo llamaría esperanza.

Me identifico tremendamente con este momento de la canción, pues efectivamente siempre me he sentido cargando con esa maleta llena de sueños y esperanza. Creo que en la vida a veces nos toca cargar con algunas cosas y soltar otras, definitivamente con las que debemos cargar son las cosas positivas, cuyo peso vale la pena al final. Les dedico esta canción a todos los que conforman la tarima de open mic, espero que siempre conserven su dulzura y nunca dejen de llevar la esperanza en ustedes.

For this occasion I want to share with you a very beautiful song that was composed by Alejandro Blanco-Uribe for the Venezuelan film Reverón, released in 2011 and directed by Diego Rísquez, it was considered one of the best films of Venezuelan cinema.
