Hello my dear Puku Friends! After a few weeks of absence I have the pleasure to share the singing of the rock repertoire with you. I've hardly been able to record videos, but I'm always on the lookout for each of the participants to share and learn about this genre, a little unknown to me. Those who know me know that I adapt everything to my tones and my singing style, and this a cappella cover that I present to you today will be the same way.

The year 2004 was very important for the career of the Mexican Belinda, every song she released became a hit and it was she who brought about the first international hit for the band Moderatto with this rock cover of the song "Muriendo Lento", one of the songs I sang the most in 2005 when I was still in high school. Eventually I learned that it had already been interpreted in Spanish by Timbiriche in 1993, and today I discover that it goes beyond that; it is a song from the eighties called Slowly, which was published in an album by Frida Lyngstad, one of the vocalists of ABBA.

The song means a lot to me, since its melody for some reason enhanced my voice, and that doesn't happen to me with all songs, so among my group of friends they all started to notice that I sang and always asked me for it, in fact I remember the look of astonishment of a girl who hated me when I started singing it. Then I worked with her as an adult and discovered that she can sing too, so I gave meaning to that memory of her look of "Wow, but I still won't tell her anything" hahaha...

For these a cappella videos I try not to use any editing so I don't feel like I'm cheating hehe, but those little input and output effects were done with Capcut. The cover of the post was edited with PhotoDirector and everything was captured with my Tecno Pova II. I leave you several versions of the song as the post progresses. I love this song and it makes me happy to present it in the Puku Mundo, I hope to do it again in a more elaborated version. Thank you all for your visit and support.

¡Hola mis estimados Puku Friends!. Después de algunas semanas de ausencia tengo el placer de compartir el canto del repertorio rock junto a ustedes. Casi no he podido grabar videos, pero siempre estoy pendiente de cada uno de los participantes para compartir y aprender sobre este género, un poco desconocido por mí. Quienes me conocen saben que todo lo adapto a mis tonos y mi estilo de canto, y este cover a capela que hoy les presento será de la misma manera.

El año 2004 fue muy importante para la carrera de la mexicana Belinda, cada canción que sacaba se convertía en un éxito y fue ella quien propició un primer hit internacional para la banda Moderatto con este cover rock de la canción Muriendo Lento, una de las que más canté en el 2005 cuando aún estaba en el liceo. Con el tiempo supe que ya había sido interpretada en español por Timbiriche en 1993, y hoy descubro que va más allá; es una canción de los ochenta llamada Slowly, que se publicó en un disco de Frida Lyngstad, una de las vocalistas de ABBA.

La canción significa mucho para mí, ya que su melodía por alguna razón realzaba mi voz, y eso no me pasa con todas las canciones, así que entre mi grupo de amigos todos comenzaron a notar que cantaba y siempre me la pedían, de hecho recuerdo la mirada de asombro de una chica que me odiaba cuando comencé a cantarla. Después trabajé con ella de adulto y descubrí que también sabe cantar, así que le di sentido a ese recuerdo de su mirada de "Wow, pero igual no le diré nada" jajaja...

Para estos videos a capela trato de no utilizar ninguna edición para no sentir que hago trampa jeje, pero esos pequeños efectos de entrada y salida los realicé con Capcut. La portada del post la edité con PhotoDirector y todo fue capturado con mi Tecno Pova II. Le dejo varias versiones de la canción a medida que avanza el post. Me encanta esta canción y me hace feliz presentarla en el Puku Mundo, espero volver a hacerla en una versión más elaborada. Gracias a todos por la visita y el apoyo.
