It is an undeniable fact that while we are here on earth we can not reach happiness, there is always a contrast, something that hinders us the possibility of enjoying it completely, therefore, I think that considering that sometimes we overvalue it can give us more balance in our day to day: there are clear days, but other gray and other darker, it is part of life to learn to live and deal with them.
