    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, soy @jesusaguilarvz Aquí les dejo una serie de ejercicios para calentar antes de entrenar con básicos, es una rutina excelente que te permite acondicionar el cuerpo para lo que le tengas preparado para entrar ese día, es una rutina que yo mismo realizo para no tener el cuerpo tan frio y poder darlo todo en el entrenamiento.

    Cabe destacar que es una rutina de calentamiento, no tomar descansos muy largos, y realizar los ejercicios de forma correcta, para que nuestro cuerpo se acondicione de una forma adecuada a esa carga que le vamos a dar en la rutina del día, pueden realizar una para empezar y una para finalizar, gracias por todo y espero le guste el contenido, comente que tal les parece y si me ayudan compartiendo.
