@jesusaguilarvz Here's a series of exercises to get or correct the handstand press, which is actually one of my favorite skils! It was the first one I learned and here I leave you the exercises that I use that I see are highly recommended, I hope you like it and if you help me by commenting and sharing.
Teniendo en cuenta que ya deberías de partir con una base ya estable de parada de manos, una base sólida y por solidad me refiero hacer un minuto sin problemas, podrías comenzar con estos ejercicios.
Considering that you should already be starting with a stable handstand base, a solid base and by solidity I mean doing a minute without problems, you could start with these exercises.
