@jesusaguilarvz, today I bring you a series of exercises that I do one day before starting to train, in my case I take the weekdays to rest physically, these are days when I don't train at all, but when training days arrive and I come home very rested, I feel like I'm not giving up at all, so I always take the initiative to train or activate the muscles one day before where I train the most, and since I've been doing I feel a very good advance in each training, having activated the muscle a day before correctly gives me an extra energy that I don't feel so light but very rested.
En la rutina que realice fue aproximaciones con goma de entrenamientos, la verdad desde que conocí su potencial me ha ayudado mucho en cada entreno qué hago, lo que hago es utilizar una banda elástica que no me vaya a requerir mucha fuerza sino que me exija y me deja activar el músculo, como mis días lunes es donde entreno planche y handstand y ejercicios de empuje que implique fuerza, trato de imitar esos ejercicios o la forma de ejecutar esa fuerza con la goma, también estiró la zona de las muñecas, cuando es un dia antes de mis días de empuje solo enfoco la goma con ejercicios dedicado a los hombros y muñecas.
In the routine that I did, it was approximations with training rubber, the truth is that since I found out about its potential it has helped me a lot in each training session that I do, what I do is use an elastic band that will not require a lot of force but rather requires and It allows me to activate the muscle, as my days Monday is where I train plank and handstand and pushing exercises that involve force, I try to imitate those exercises or the way to execute that force with the rubber, it also stretched the area of the wrists, when it is One day before my push days I only focus on the rubber with exercises dedicated to the shoulders and wrists.

Algunos de los beneficios que no dará activar el músculo un día antes de entrenar, lo primero que les puedo decir es que nos ayuda a evitar lesiones, lo segundo es que lo preparamos para esa carga, por ejemplo yo el dia que entreno solo estiro y caliento con aproximaciones muy básicas, pero ya un dia antes hice calentamiento específico con ese músculo y con la goma, si eres el tipo de persona como yo que tener mucho descanso en el cuerpo no te asienta del todo bien, te recomiendo que debes de probar hacer estos ejercicios y de la forma que te recomiendo es muy gratificante y muy bueno.
