    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, soy @jesusaguilarvz Aquí les dejo una rutina muy buena para realizar en casa, es de hombros, pierna y abdomen, es muy ideal para esos días donde no queremos entrenar, pero tampoco queremos dejar pasar por alto y no hacer nada, espero les guste y se anoten hacerla.

    Empiezo con la zona del músculos que la verdad nunca trabaje, que es los músculos del antebrazo, hice 30 segundo de 4 series en agarre supino y la verdad que de esa from si tengo algo más de fuerza, al igual realice 30 segundos en agarre prono, y alli si que lo vi difícil me costaba mucho, e incluso el dolor en el antebrazo era fuerte, para después pasar a realizar curl de biceps con ligas, una vez vienes cansado de los antebrazos hacer cualquier ejercicios con el bíceps cuesta el doble, como siempre en cada ejercicios trabajo con segundos de 30 a 40 y de 4 repeticiones, para finalizar con extensiones de tríceps.

    A la hora de entrenar pierna primero priorizo que esté comiendo proteínas para asegurar el crecimiento de ellas, de una form tranquila, soy alguien que recorre tramos largos en bicicleta, y me gusta saltar la cuerda, por ende tengo una fuerza base en mis piernas y trabajo la flexibilidad de ellas en exceso, pero no tengo piernas muy formadas, ya que solo hago piernas una vez cada dos semanas por flojera la verdad, pero quiero empezar con estos ejercicios para trabajar las piernas de forma específica y los glúteos de forma constante.
