    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, soy @jesusaguilarvz Aquí les dejo una un post dedicado a mis días de flexibilidad de cada parte del cuerpo que suelo exponer a ejercicios fuertes, siempre estiro el cuerpo completo cada parte de forma específica y le dedicó varios minutos a esa zona, pero como mencioné en mi anterior post me habia tomado unos días de vacaciones, donde no hice nada de actividad física quise ir en este dia de flexibilidad en zona más específica para entrenar.
