Hive Afri-tunes Week 75# || A Cover of Ebenezer by Nathaniel Bassey @jesus-son

Hello Hive Afritunes week #75, my name is jesus-son and here I come with my participation for this week's event. It is very unusual of me to make a post on Sunday but here I am doing that, E get why sha, hehe.

"Help": This is one word that is very common among humans. The reason is that every human person is a benefactor and receiver of help. The only one being who is only a benefactor of help is God. By implication, no matter how fulfilled we may be, we always need help in one thing or another.

To be in need of help is not to say that you are lazy such that you can't help yourself. No, it is rather to show you that you are not totally independent in life. You need others and more of God to survive. Therefore, no point of being proud and snobbibg other people around you. God has made it so, so that man may not be animal to man.

However, that we need the help of each other does not imply that it is only through the help of a particular man that we can live. God is the only supreme helper and by that I mean that He is the only being whose help we cannot do without. Therefore, if man wants to be wicked to fellow man and refuse to assist fellow man in need, when that man cries to God, God intervenes in mysterious ways.

The scripture makes it clear when it says, "what can mam do to me when the Lord is my helper?" Indeed, there is nothing any man can do to thwarts the work of God. Thus, God is the ultimate helper. It means that we should always run to Him especially in our difficult moments and not to diabolic houses.

The song I present to you titled Ebenezer by Nathaniel Bassey describes God as the Stone of help who is the ultimate helper of man. I love the song first because of the lyrics and then secondly because its coming from my oga in music. Its amazing how he sang the song and I wished I could sing it like him, but na my own style be this, hehe.
