As part of the theme of this week's live performance, which is 'MELODIC DOSE', I bring to you 'A NEW SONG by THE BROOKLYN TABERNACLE CHOIR'. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed performing it.
Although I have presented a lot of songs here on hive, and I have edited a lot of songs as well, this was the one song that I found quite challenging to the point where I had to record it all over again.
While I had already recorded the lead part and backing vocals for this song, a couple of days later, when it came time to edit it, I noticed that the timing was off. It was likely to affect my final edit, so I had to re-record everything.
This song is a very interesting song and I was excited about singing and editing it.
My excitement almost drained from my heart as I encountered so many challenges.
As of now, I still don't feel like I've edited it the way I want to. I have made several changes to the volume, and I've continued editing. However, after a while, editing didn't seem so much fun.
While the video is not completely accurate and has many errors, I am glad to see that in the next video, it will be much improved and hopefully more stress-free, even though it isn't entirely flawless.
Specifically, I interpreted the theme 'melodic dose' as any song that I think is pleasant to listen to. I thought the song I presented was the perfect example of a melodious song, and that's why I selected it.
For the post, I designed the image using Canva and the instrumentals of the song came from Moises.com.
Shout it out louder than before
Let the whole earth sing
The whole earth sing
It's a song of praise
A song for all of the redeem
Let the whole earth sing
The whole earth sing
