Have you ever wondered how music connects us to God?

I've heard sayings like, one can pray amiss but can never praise amis. God loves to see his children praise him. There are praises that one offers to God that makes God come down from his throne to bless his children. I'm sure most of us know good music when we listen to one.

Speaking of music, it has its way of healing, it's a natural medicine, it's soothing, no wonder they say that music is life. Have you ever wondered what the world would be like without good music?

I guess it would feel very hard in the sense that all that one would be listening to would be noises that cause headaches. People who can be healed and comforted with music may not have that privilege because of its non-existence.

Music to me is life. It's kind of magical how music completely blurs out all I feel, the problems and challenges I'm going through generally. When I'm singing alone or with other singers, I feel happy, it almost seems like this life is challenge-free and it's all about the song alone.

How do you define good music?
It is about the singer's melodious voice, great chords, lyrics? Yeah, these things are vital for good music. Good music evokes a specific emotion, it also creates some sort of reaction. Just like how some bloggers update their blogs with life events etc, some songwriters also craft their music from some specific event in their lives or the lives of some other person and when the music is released, people who listen to it can relate to it, just like blogging. When you write, some people visit your blog to read what you've written and can relate to it.

What makes good music good?
Good music connects people to another world of peace. When you see music that can bring people together, you know it's good music. Good music is addictive, good music allows one to share common emotions and good music is sociable.
