    Did you know that having a great body shape alone as a lady doesn't mean that you are fit? Or as a guy, you have great muscles and 6 packs with a great body, did you know that you are not fit even though your physical appearance shows otherwise.

    Once upon a time, I also thought that being able to lift heavy objects means that one is fit, how silly of me to think that.

    A lady came to work in the gym studio, trust me when I say that she has a great body. She's not busty, her weight is around 60+kg. She has hips and everything. For a second, I was wishing I had that body but I was quick to shake that thought off my head because it's not a positive thought.

    I love the way I am. From the stories I've heard from my parents and siblings, I was supposed to be born a male child, I don't know why they assumed that.

    My mom always said that she was very active all the period she had me in the womb, she didn't feel sick and even won competitions when she had met me in the womb. The summary was that I was very active and didn't stress her at all.

    A few years after I was born, they would say that I always acted like a boy and that made them give me the nickname 'COMMANDO' at that time.

    Now that I think about it, I feel that the reason why I may have been acting like a boy was probably that they always made me feel like a boy, and consciously I was acting it LOL.

    In other, for one to proudly say that they are fit, it needs to be understood that it takes more than having a great body.

    Do you want to be fit?

    Exercise daily
    Eat the right food at the right time.
    Get enough sleep
    Keep track of the amount of food you take, especially the ones with so many calories.

    The day I resume my post in this gym studio I work in, I had one thing in mind, which is seizing the opportunity to keep fit.

    In a bid to keep fit, I endured pains in my legs, especially my laps for four days, I didn't take any drug to relieve the pain because I was told that it's better to feel the pains and let it go on it own naturally but if it gets too much, turmeric and lemon should be the savior.

    It doesn't end here.

    I was expecting that you all would ask me the kind of exercise I did that caused my legs to ache that much. We did different exercises which I would love to share, however for this post, I would be sharing only one of them.
