    About :

I welcome you all to another edition of Creative Sunday in the Hive Learners Community.

These days, I always look forward to creative Sundays so I can share what I have prepared for you guys. It's a privilege I am delighted to have.

My week was tight and busy, and the weekend wasn't different. How was yours?

Due to my busy schedule, I had already thought I would not be able to publish this post, but thank God it has been published.

If you refer to me as a chef, you can do so since I cook for a living, not starve. I love it!

There is no public consumption of my cooking blogs or vlogs, but I do them for myself.

I cook to satisfy my cravings. I don't earn money from cooking for myself but I earn good health. As I stated in my previous blog post that it helps me run my daily activities.

My recipe for spaghetti and egg sauce will be shown in this post. In my usual manner, I didn't waste time in getting that dish since my taste buds and stomach needed it.

This is where we need to thank God for provision. I would have been able to prepare it, so thank God for the money available hehe.

I'm sure that many people enjoy spaghetti and egg sauce for various reasons.

It's just like when you sit down to eat rice and stew. The taste you would enjoy from rice and stew would be different from spaghetti and egg sauce. The food is tasty and delicious food but has a unique taste.

I learned that anyone who craves a particular dish can be creative with how they prepare it. By experimenting with different ingredients, condiments, and flavors, you can find the perfect combination that will satisfy your taste buds. Creating your own recipes can be a rewarding experience and can also be a great way to bond with family and friends over a delicious meal.

Below are the ingredients I used for the spaghetti and egg sauce:

    • Spaghetti

    • Eggs

    • Fresh tomatoes

    • Fresh pepper

    • Ginger

    • Onions

    • Groundnut oil

    • Salt

    • Seasoning cubes

The steps for preparing spaghetti are as follows:

    • In a clean pot, I poured water and left it to boil.

    • When the water boiled, I threw the spaghetti into the pot.

    • The next thing I did was add a few drops of groundnut oil and salt to taste.

    • I stirred it and left it to boil for 10 - 15 minutes.

    • I made sure to let the spaghetti become soft just how I wanted it before transferring it to a sifter.

    • Finally, using the sifter, the spaghetti water was completely drained.

    • After draining the water from the spaghetti, I transferred it back to a clean pot and kept it in a different corner of the kitchen.

The steps I followed to make the egg sauce:

    • First, I broke the eggs into a clean bowl.

    • Then I added a pinch of salt and a seasoning cube to the egg in the bowl.

    • The next thing I did was whisk it very well and set it aside.

    • After that, I took the fresh tomatoes and peppers.. I blended them using a manual blender. It wasn't blended smooth, but rough.

    • I also ground ginger.

    • Finally, I chopped the onions and kept them aside.

    The egg sauce cooking process:

    • I placed a clean frying pan in the gas cooker and set the heat to medium.

    • When the frying pan was hot, I poured in some groundnut oil and chopped onions. 30 seconds were spent sautéing.

    • After that, I poured in the blended tomato and pepper which I had already mixed with the blended ginger.

    • I let that stay on the cooking gas until the oil in the frying pan was at the top of the frying pan. About 20-30 minutes. This depends on the number of fresh tomatoes and peppers you fry.

    • I checked periodically so it wouldn't burn. This is why it is advisable to keep the temperature at a low level or medium.

    • When that was ready, I added a pinch of salt and a seasoning cube to taste, and I stirred it.

    • After that, I poured in the whisked egg and let it heat up for about 3 minutes before scrambling it in the frying pan.

    • Still, on medium heat, I scrambled the eggs until done.
