Full body en casa, luego de unos días de descanso estoy incorporando las rutinas de entrenamiento nuevamente a mis días, hoy toca full body implementa algo de peso en algunos movimientos para añadir dificultad al entrenamiento, es rápido, pero eficaz.
Debes ser consciente de que no soy experta en el tema, brindo mis consejos y rutinas basandome en la experiencia que adquerido entrenando y siendo orientada por entrenadores.
Una vida sana y activa incluye entrenar, alimentarse de forma balanceada, descansar e hidratarse, todas debes actual para lograr los cambios que deseas.
