    Una receta que ya he compartido antes, pero no en formatos audiovisual, mantuve lo más simple posible el procedimiento, no incluí mesón, rodillo u horno, es una masa que perfectamente se puede cocinar en sartén y así lo muestro en el vídeo.

    INGREDIENTES:

    (Cantidad para dos pastelitos)

    • 1/2 taza de harina de trigo
    • 1/2 huevo
    • 1 cucharada de mantequilla
    • 1/2 cucharada de azúcar
    • 1 pizca de sal

    ENGLISH:

    A recipe that I have shared before, but not in audiovisual formats, I kept the procedure as simple as possible, I did not include counter, rolling pin or oven, it is a dough that perfectly can be cooked in a pan and so I show it in the video.
