    Hoy les presento una versión simple de una pasta al horno, ayer hice una salada bechamel que no quedó como quería, no me gusta desperdiciar comida así que, opté por usarla de cualquier manera, y esa forma fue en una pasta horneada, aunque en una versión un poco más simple.

    En vez de crear capas con los ingredientes, mezclé todo y llevé al horno.

    ▪️Salsa bechamel:

    1 taza de leche.
    2 cucharadas de harina de trigo
    1 cucharada de mantequilla
    Sal al gusto

    ▪️ Preparación:

    Derretir la mantequilla y agregar la harina de trigo, cocinar unos minutos para cocinar la harina, incorporen la leche poco a poco sin dejar de batir a fuego bajo, mi error fue no ser constante al batir y se crearon grumos, añadan una pizca de sal, cocinen hasta espesar.

    No compartí la preparación de la salsa en el vídeo, pero como ven es fácil de hacer.

    Mi recomendación es dejar reposar la pasta 30 minutos después de estar lista, esto ayudará a que la estructura de la pasta sea más firme.

    Es una receta que no tiene complejidad, cualquiera con un poco de tiempo puede hacerla, seguir cada paso es sencillo.

    Today I present a simple version of a baked pasta, yesterday I made a salty bechamel sauce that did not turn out as I wanted, I do not like to waste food so, I chose to use it anyway, and that way was in a baked pasta, although in a slightly simpler version.

    Instead of creating layers with the ingredients, I mixed everything together and took it to the oven.

    ▪️Salsa bechamel:

    1 cup milk.
    2 tablespoons of wheat flour
    1 tablespoon butter
    Salt to taste

    ▪️ Preparation:

    Melt the butter and add the wheat flour, cook for a few minutes to cook the flour, incorporate the milk little by little without stopping whisking over low heat, my mistake was not being constant when whisking and lumps were created, add a pinch of salt, cook until thickened.

    I did not share the preparation of the sauce in the video, but as you can see it is easy to make.

    My recommendation is to let the dough rest for 30 minutes after it is ready, this will help the structure of the dough to be firmer.

    It is a recipe that has no complexity, anyone with a little time can make it, following each step is simple.
