Hoy me enfocaré en el abdomen, he combinado una serie de movimientos para entrenar la zona media, algo que debemos tener presente es que, si aspiramos tener un abdomen plano, lo lograremos con una buena alimentación, es tiempo de sacar de nuestra mente que hacer 1000 abdominales diarias lo lograrán, sin embargo, podemos realizar ejercicios para activar esta zona, hoy les he compartido una rutina completa incluyendo el acondicionamiento.
Cada movimiento debe repetirse 20 veces y completar en total 4 o 5 series dependiendo de tu estado físico.
Today I will focus on the abdomen, I have combined a series of movements to train the middle area, something we must keep in mind is that if we aspire to have a flat abdomen, we will achieve it with a good diet, it is time to get out of our minds that doing 1000 sit-ups a day will achieve it, however, we can perform exercises to activate this area, today I have shared with you a complete routine including conditioning.
Each movement should be repeated 20 times and complete a total of 4 or 5 sets depending on your fitness level.
