Keep holding on and have faith in God

In every battle there's always a solution. Not all people can survived their own battle that could lead into depression. Same with my old friend. I'll gonna share some of his battle. At first I can't believed it because his a strong man. He could laugh as much as he can. His a funny guy that all of us make us laugh. He had a send of humor that we could barely admire it.

But one day everything is changed. He overthink a lot that even himself he can't control his own emotion. I felt pity on him that he commit suicide 3 times already. The only thing I can give is an advise that keep holding on and have faith in God. Everything will be okay.

I tell him to comfort himself and stay in a place that he could unwind, like in a beach. Take time to relax your mind, heart and soul. Always remember that life is a the greatest gift of all. Don't waste your life that only God can give it.
