CLOSED UP: WHAT'S THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR PARENTS LIKE? A QUESTION OF PARENTAL RELATIONSHIPS

This one is a response to a prompt by @selfhelp4trolls about closeness and relationship to parents.

Well its been a while it trended but I still felt to post it since I made the video back then, maybe it will trend again.

Its also a little peak into my personal life and some basic ideologies I have about parents.

Question 1. What role do/did your parents play in your life?

My parents were great teachers and god Christians too, I love that they taught me about Christ and catered for my needs.

Question 2. Has your relationship with your parents changed over the years?
Yes, mine has, although a last born, I see myself becoming more caring of them as I grew and worried if they don't know some things. I guess its called responsibility, they often smiled like I m now grown

Question 3. Is there anything you wish your parents would do (or would have done) differently?

Well.. Obviously, us kids have our way of thinking, but God ordained the best. You should hear my response here.

Question 4. How are you similar to your parents?

The fact that we share a common undying love for God and his word, that the strongest similarity. We may not make similar decisions but we sure have so emotional cords sewn is similar patterns.

Question 5. How are you different from your parents?
I may have been quite different from inclination and way of thinking. But I m glad they appreciate it and use it for everyone's good.

Question 6. Do you prefer a more involved relationship with your parents or more distance?

It may be more difficult but that involved one I better. They deserve it.

We live in a world of a generation who may think that it was the parent's decision to bring forth a child and so they owe the child all their lives and the child owes them nothing.

But I dare to say that the life they gave you is an opportunity many didnt have and wished they had..
