HIE OPENMIC WEEK #123: GIMME YOU -AN ORIGINAL BY JAYDR

Hello everyone this is how I go by Mike wick 123 and I'm grateful to God that we all are and this week Hale and hearty.

On this occasion of 2 weeks open mic we have a beautiful topic titled "a better world for all" which was suggested by @daniky.

Indeed this topic at this very point in time is very crucial and one that all of us needs to work towards, pray towards and also hope towards.

If we are honest with ourselves we would realise that the world deserves to be a better place for everyone for the father who toys daily to make ends meet and for the mother who make sure that the home is kept and children are fed and for the young and for the old everyone deserves a better place.

But how can we arrive at the world we all want, a world where peace and harmony reigns award where all that we need are within reach, a world where Justice prevails, a world where everyone understands the goal and division to work towards.

It takes people to make the world a better place yes everyone who was involved, the things you say and do contributes to make someone's world better you may not be able to change the world but we are show you that you can do the little you can to make the world a better place.

For me I am glad that I found a place here on hive where I have a world which is very promising to change the world for the better.

And hence I decided to share one of my earliest written songs a song I wrote while in medical school I remember going back that I had to leave my room which was quite noisy to what's the backyard of the hostel and sat down with my guitar and wrote this song for the first time.

The song is titled "Gimme you"
In this song I looked around and ID found that what we really desire may not be something we can get our own selves or with our strength if we won the BET award then we would need to look deeper and upper because only God can make this world a better place for all and through all.

We need love we need patience we also need courage and strength to stand for the things that are right and obey the principles of peace. Until then, we can really have a better world for all.
