    About :

Hello Pukumundo family, this is a my first puku post this year and I m going the African way..
African rock music is a genre that combines the traditional rhythms and melodies of Africa with the energy and attitude of rock music. The result is a unique and powerful sound that can be heard in the music of artists like Osibisa, Fela Kuti, and Youssou N'Dour.

One of the most iconic African songs is "Doh Oghene Doh," an Isan song from Nigeria, a song that has been covered by many artists over the years. This song of appreciation and worship to the King God who is exalted over and over again.

I have taken this traditional song and created a new version that fuses it with rock music. The result is a powerful and dynamic song that showcases the energy and spirit of African rock music.

In my version of "Doh Oghene Doh," I have used my effect pedal and drum machine to generate a heavy drum beat, I have also added electric guitar and heavy drums to give the song a rock edge. The result is a song that combines the best of both worlds, with the traditional rhythms and melodies of Africa and the energy and attitude of rock music.

In the lyrics of this song, I talk how worthy God is to be worshipped and lifted high on the highest praise. The song is a call to action, encouraging people to come together and make a difference in their worship.

In this way, "Doh Oghene Doh" is more than just a song, it's a message of hope and empowerment. It's a reminder that no matter how difficult the challenges may be, we can always find the strength and courage to overcome them with God.

Overall, this fusion of African rock music is a powerful and dynamic sound that showcases the energy and spirit of Africa. It is a reminder of the importance of tradition, unity, and the power of music to bring people together and make a difference in the world. This song is an ode to the god of thunder and lightning and the people that believe in its power.
