Hello everybody on Hive and especially the PukoMundo Community! My name is Jasper and I'm writing (and singing) to you from a little coastal town about 2 hours drive from Cape Town in South Africa! This is Week 56 of “The Singing Voice” or “La Voz Cantante” challenge!

So the aim of the game is to play a rock cover, or perhaps a cover of a genre that led to the formation of rock music.

The song I’m going to sing today was originally written and performed by Bob Dylan. However, it was very famously covered by Jimi Hendrix, and became one of the signature songs that established him as one of the best and most imaginative electric guitar players in the world. I am talking about “All Along the Watchtower”, which has a very recognisable riff…
