"It's time for us to resist; they can't arrest all of us," the Senator Rand Paul rightly points out. This is what a societal slide into a despotic tyrannical totalitarianism looks like. It is also what revolution looks like - widespread resistance to tyranny, and mass noncompliance with tyrannical laws, orders and dictatorial edicts.
