Juggling is a fun and challenging hobby that is good for both your mind and your body. Juggling helps you increase your hand-eye coordination, which is something you do engage in most days. The coordination you learn when juggling is something that can apply to your everyday life. Juggling can also keep you physically fit, as well as keeping your brain active and healthy. It’s a favourite hobby of many people, and it’s a great way to meet new people who share the same enjoyment.
Sometimes at the end of the day, I like to go to the corner outside of my apartment, grabbed the clubs and work on different tricks. it's nice that people neighborhood stop by and watch for a little bit continuing on their walking, and is nice to feel the body moving and working the brain in a different way.
