Core Strengthening Exercise [Eng & Esp]

Hi Friends.
Here is some short footage of a core excercise I did today after church.

I found that I was unable to do many pullups/ muscleup and some advanced excercises because I need to streghten my core.

For the last 2 to 3 days I have been doing planks and situps. Today I did this excercise to streghten my core more and to test it.

I learnt this particular excercise from a friend who is a bboy.

If your legs touch the floor you have to kep going and not transfer all the weight onto it, but let it slide. It helps to do this excercise with socks.

Let me know your thoughts on this excercise.

Aquí hay algunas imágenes cortas de un ejercicio básico que hice hoy después de la iglesia.

Descubrí que no podía hacer muchas dominadas/musculación y algunos ejercicios avanzados porque necesito fortalecer mi núcleo.

Durante los últimos 2 o 3 días he estado haciendo planchas y abdominales. Hoy hice este ejercicio para fortalecer más mi core y ponerlo a prueba.

Aprendí este ejercicio en particular de un amigo que es bboy.

Si tus piernas tocan el suelo tienes que seguir adelante y no transferir todo el peso sobre él, sino dejar que se deslice. Ayuda a hacer este ejercicio con calcetines.
