Qué tal amigos, esta es mi décima entrada para el reto propuesto por el amigo @flaxz y que ha llamado “I am alive challenge”.
Este desafío me resulta muy agradable porque es una invitación a reflexionar sobre la importancia del agradecimiento. Todos los días cuando vemos la luz del sol recibimos un regalo digno de agradecer.
Es verdad que las dificultades son inevitables, hay que contar con ellas, sobre todo en estos tiempos de gran incertidumbre. Pero aún así, con todas las dificultades, siempre habrá motivos suficientes para agradecer que estemos vivos.
Esta semana se amplía la flexibilización en nuestro país, por primera vez desde el inicio de la pandemia se autoriza la permanencia en sitios públicos como restaurantes, bares y clubes sociales; la condición es que se use solo el 40% de la capacidad de los locales. Esta decisión la toman las autoridades sobre la base de una estadística, poco confiable, que les indica un aplanamiento en la curva de contagios.
Otra novedad para esta semana son las fuertes inundaciones que ha sufrido el Sur de mi ciudad, Maracay, hay urbanizaciones que están bajo las aguas. Estas inundaciones se deben a un problema de planificación urbana, se autorizó a construir en zonas que están por debajo del nivel del lago de Valencia, un gran reservorio de agua dulce que hasta los años 70 se estaba secando. Luego de los 70 se produce un fuerte crecimiento de las ciudades en toda la cuenca del lago, y este comenzó a crecer de nuevo por la cantidad de agua que le descargan millones de habitantes.
