Los amigos de @aliento y @escuadron201, nos han dejado una iniciativa muy interesante donde nos invitan a dar nuestro punto de vista sobre cómo deben ser los hivers. Comparto con ustedes mi opinión.

HIVE es un gran ecosistema que no para de crecer, todos los días se crean innovaciones en la Blockchain para generar nuevas oportunidades de negocios. Es por eso que pienso que una de las cualidades más importantes que debe poseer un hiver es la curiosidad, aquí hay todo un mundo por conocer. Si nos ocupamos de investigar adecuadamente seguro que encontraremos algún camino para desarrollarnos. Las personas curiosas siempre tendrán la posibilidad de encontrar en este gran ecosistema la forma de sentirse plenos y de sacar provecho a las múltiples posibilidades que acá se crean todos los días.

Otra cualidad importante de un hiver es la integridad. Una de las cosas que más se valoran en esta red social es la responsabilidad y la originalidad. Se asume que cada quien es lo suficientemente responsable como para crear contenidos que sean de su autoría, hacer lo contrario se entiende como un engaño hacia el resto de la comunidad. Por eso una de las cosas mal vistas en HIVE es el plagio, el tomar un contenido de otra persona para hacerlo pasar como si fuese propio. El plagio es una falta grave porque denota falta de responsabilidad y de compromiso, por eso es sancionado en esta red social.

La disposición a compartir es otra cualidad indispensable en un Hiver. No podemos perder de vista que HIVE es una red social. Por eso es importante relacionarse con la comunidad, establecer interacciones de cualquier tipo. Si algo tiene HIVE es que abundan las posibilidades para compartir con los otros. HIVE es el sitio donde siempre se encontrará a alguien dispuesto a compartir. Esa interacción comunitaria del día a día es una de las cosas que más se toma en cuenta para apoyar a los hivers en su proceso de crecimiento.

También nos preguntan los amigos de la iniciativa, cuál sería la manera de crecer en HIVE. Aquí creo que el asunto es bastante sencillo, la forma de crecer en HIVE es estableciendo relaciones, solo de ese modo se logra abrirse camino en este ecosistema tan grande. Las interacciones son las que nos permiten darnos a conocer y nos ponen en el radar de las personas que tienen influencia y alto poder de voto.

También es importante en nuestro proceso de crecimiento desarrollar el hábito del ahorro. Para muchos de nosotros HIVE es un proyecto a largo plazo, creemos que aquí podemos garantizar nuestro futuro. Si uno tiene esa confianza entiende la importancia que tiene el ahorro, ya que de ese modo tendremos más influencia en la Blockchain y lógicamente seremos más tomados en cuenta. Además, que con unos buenos ahorros se puede recibir un ingreso estable por la vía de la curación.

That is why I think that one of the most important qualities that a hiver must possess is curiosity, here there is a whole world to know. If we take care to investigate properly we will surely find some way to develop ourselves. Curious people will always have the possibility of finding in this great ecosystem the way to feel fulfilled and to take advantage of the multiple possibilities that are created here every day.

Another important quality of a hiver is integrity. One of the things most valued in this social network is responsibility and originality. It is assumed that everyone is responsible enough to create content that is of their authorship, otherwise it is understood as a deception to the rest of the community. That is why one of the things that are frowned upon in HIVE is plagiarism, the taking of someone else's content and passing it off as one's own. Plagiarism is a serious offense because it denotes a lack of responsibility and commitment, which is why it is sanctioned in this social network.

Willingness to share is another indispensable quality in a Hiver. We cannot lose sight of the fact that HIVE is a social network. That is why it is important to relate to the community, to establish interactions of any kind. If there is one thing that HIVE has, it is that there are plenty of possibilities to share with others. HIVE is the place where you will always find someone willing to share. This day-to-day community interaction is one of the things that is most taken into account to support the hivers in their growth process.

Friends of the initiative also ask us how to grow in HIVE. Here I think the issue is quite simple, the way to grow in HIVE is to establish relationships, only in this way is it possible to make your way in this large ecosystem. Interactions are what allow us to make ourselves known and put us on the radar of people who have influence and high voting power.

It is also important in our growth process to develop the habit of saving. For many of us, HIVE is a long-term project; we believe that here we can guarantee our future. If one has that confidence, one understands the importance of saving, because in that way we will have more influence on the Blockchain and logically we will be more taken into account. Also, that with good savings one can receive a stable income by way of healing.
