Chanting "Om" or "Aum" during my meditations has always helped me achieve a calmer state of mind.
While I don't believe that the frequency of the chant makes any difference, I don't see any harm in incorporating it into our meditations here.
What little research I have done hints that there might be some advantage to integrating this frequency during our meditations.
What do you think? Do you believe in the healing (and hence default, also the harming) properties of frequencies?
